Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• MVR check meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle in good working condition for deliveries.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile technology.
• Physical capability to safely lift and carry deliveries.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexibly across various shifts and adapt to business demands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner while maintaining accurate delivery records.
• Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize time management.
• Communicate clearly with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safe, reliable transportation.
• Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately and securely.
• Organize and prioritize multiple deliveries throughout your shift, adapting to changing circumstances with resilience.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety.
• Provide detailed feedback on delivery attempts and customer interactions to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily delivery goals and operational targets.
• Represent our brand professionally in all customer-facing situations, building trust and loyalty.
