MBR Management (a locally owned Franchise of Domino's) in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Delivery Expert to ensure timely, accurate pizza deliveries with top-tier service. You will coordinate with warehouse teams, manage schedules, and resolve issues to support efficient logistics operations at our 816 Eastern Parkway location.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivery operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with delivery management systems and GPS navigation tech; excellent communication.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical capability to handle loading/unloading tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Familiarity with WMS and inventory tracking (preferred).
• Experience with route optimization and multi-stop delivery management (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficient, timely product delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to confirm availability and shipments.
• Manage multiple delivery stops and prioritize routes by location and customer needs.
• Communicate proactively with customers about schedules, tracking, and delays.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, signatures, and confirmations.
• Identify and resolve delivery-related issues with professionalism.
• Monitor delivery performance metrics for process improvements.
• Use delivery management systems and GPS to track shipments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
