Job summary

Papa Johns in Illinois is seeking a team‑oriented delivery team member to ensure order accuracy, quality service, and timely delivery while collaborating with a crew. You will learn the delivery area, prepare orders, and participate in cash handling and sales support activities.

The role requires working as part of a team, maintaining safety and efficiency, and being ready to perform other workstation duties as needed. Must be at least 18 and able to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance.
• Must be able to work long hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
• Must be cross-trained and perform other workstation duties within the restaurant.
• Bilingual in certain markets.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy; provide quality customer service in person or by phone.
• Work as part of a team, stay on time, and complete closing duties; maintain a neat, energetic work environment.
• Accurately process orders and payments, handle cash, and support sales efforts to increase check averages.
