Job summary

Development Innovation International LLC in Lanham, MD is hiring a Delivery Associate to load packages, drive a company van, and deliver them on time while following routing guidelines. You will interact with customers professionally and perform basic vehicle inspections.

The position offers a company-provided vehicle (non-CDL), shifts 8–10 hours daily, 7 days a week, and a starting rate of $23.25 per hour with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the US.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages up to 50 lbs.
• Must consent to a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Load packages into a van at the Lanham station in uniform.
• Safely operate a company-provided van and deliver packages on time per routing tools.
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries and address questions politely.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts and report issues.
