Oilly Auto Parts is hiring a Delivery Specialist to operate company vehicles for parts delivery to professional customers. You will process deliveries, collect payments on COD orders, and handle customer returns, while maintaining safety and vehicle readiness.

Qualified candidates should have a valid state driver's license and the ability to adapt to changing delivery scenarios. Bilingual skills are encouraged and premiums may apply in certain circumstances.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Process deliveries and capture customer signatures using hand-held devices; update vehicle mileage and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and well-maintained; complete daily inspections before operating.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and money at all times.
• Pick up returns and complete driver return slips; communicate issues to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to the store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel is topped up and vehicle is locked at end of the day.
• Clock in/out per company policy; perform other duties as assigned (customer service, stocking, merchandising).
• May assist customers as cashier or help with merchandising when needed.
