Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a delivery driver to operate a box truck in Menomonee Falls, WI and deliver products to local stores. You will handle loading/unloading and build relationships with store managers to grow sales and secure displays.

The role requires a 21+ age, weekend work possible, FMCSA-limits in hours, and a valid driver's license with insurance. On-the-job training and competitive benefits accompany a full-time schedule.

Quick Look

• Pay: $26.40 per hour
• Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
• Work Days: Variable schedule - 2 days off weekly
• Start Time: Start time approximately 3-4am
• End Time: Work until schedule is complete

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 21 years of age or older
• You may be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
• Required work hours may be up to the legal limits allowed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety
• You have a have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensure as required by state law
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

Safely deliver beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to local stores and keep shelves stocked for your community.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a box truck to transport product to and from assigned route stores
• Deliver product to assigned route stores
• Unload and load product from trailers and/or box trucks
• Check in orders with the store receiver
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
