Job summary

National Carwash Solutions in Bloomfield, CT seeks a Delivery Specialist to ensure timely delivery of chemicals and products to car wash customers on route, while supporting warehouse duties and inventory control.

Ideal candidate holds CDL Class B with Hazmat/Tanker endorsement (or willingness to obtain within 90 days), maintains a clean driving record, and can operate hand carts, pallet jacks and forklifts.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with limited violations/accidents in past 5 years.
• Experience with hand carts, pallet jacks and forklifts preferred.
• Basic Excel proficiency.
• Able to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt delivery of all chemicals and products to customers on delivery route.
• Warehouse responsibilities including order fulfillment, loading/unloading, shipping, receiving, and overseeing inventory.
• Make chemical transitions with the customer, providing all technical assistance required.

NCS is seeking a Delivery Specialist. In this role you will work with automatic and tunnel car wash owners to make their facilities operate at peak efficiency by ensuring the prompt delivery of chemicals and products.

What You'll Do…

• Ensure prompt delivery of all chemicals and products to customers on delivery route
• Warehouse responsibilities including order, fulfillment, loading and unloading, shipping, receiving, and overseeing inventory
• Make chemical transitions with the customer, providing all technical assistance required
• Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
• Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time

What You Need…

• High School diploma or equivalent
• CDL Class B
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement required or willing to obtain in 90 days
• Clean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations within the past 5 years; no more than 2 preventable, at-fault accidents within the past 5 years
• Experience with hand carts, pallet jacks and forklifts preferred
• Ability to interact well with customers, vendors and fellow employees
• Basic proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift light to medium weight up to 50 lbs.
• May stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• May sit or stand for prolonged periods of time

Target Salary Range: $22.94 - $30.00. Actual compensation is determined by experience, education, and geographic location.
