Job summary

UnitedUnited is seeking a Delivery Route Assistant to support drivers in delivering products to customers across Georgia and Alabama. The role involves loading/unloading, verifying shipments, rotating products, and maintaining accuracy at each stop.

The position requires 18+ years of age, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record. Candidates should be reliable, customer-focused, and able to work in varying conditions as part of a non-temperature controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license in the applicable state.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to maintain administrative driving requirements.
• Able to lift and move large product amounts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers in delivering orders on time and in good condition.
• Help drivers with directions and verify deliveries.
• Ensure all packages are accounted for and signatures obtained.
• Assist with unloading at stops and report any overages, shortages, or damage.
• May drive company vehicle on approved routes after manager approval (21+).
• Familiarize yourself with routes and customers’ expectations.
• Remain compliant with Department of Transportation standards and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
