Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our clinical team. The role involves performing patient procedures within nursing scope, safe med administration, and coordinating care with clinical pathways and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state RN license and BSN degree preferred.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required; NRP preferred.

Staff Nurses are responsible for the following: Performs patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice. Practices safe medication administration and assesses patient responses to medication. Participates in reviewing and/or implementing clinical pathways and care coordination. The Staff Nurse will provide professional nursing care to a group of patients within a specified time period and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications for this position include:

BSN Degree preferred State Issued RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and NRP preferred One year RN experience - labor and delivery room experience preferred.
