Wil Fischer Distributing Companies is seeking a Delivery Representative to join our team in Poplar Bluff, MO. This full-time role delivers company products on a designated route, ensures timely service, and helps maximize sales with minimal returns.

Starting salary is $47,120 per year, with an annual bonus potential; schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends or nights. CDL is required and safety, reliability, and good customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Highly self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jack and forklift.
• Ability to repetitively pull, push, bend, squat, twist, crawl, climb, walk, and reach above head height.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks on highways and unload at facilities.
• Collect payments from customers and record transactions.
• Unload contents onto pallet jack and place on shelves/racks/coolers.
• Rotate products in designated accounts.
• Communicate with supervisor and customers during delivery.

Reports to: Delivery Manager

Pay: Starting at $47,120 annually + annual bonus'

Schedule: Monday - Friday - no weekends or nights

Job Description:

Our Delivery Representatives are responsible for the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales and minimized returns on a designated route. Delivery Representatives are also responsible for the servicing of all designated accounts. Servicing includes, but is not limited to, moving and regularly lifting 25 – 35 lbs during delivery, merchandising, and storing Company products. *CDL Required*

Responsibilities:

• Operate various types/sizes of trucks on highways and maneuver them for proper unloading at various types of facilities
• Collects payment from customers, recording transactions upon delivery
• Unload truck contents onto pallet jack or material handling equipment and place on account shelves, racks, and/or coolers
• Rotates all Company product in designated accounts
• Communicates with Supervisor, Retail Account Representatives, customer, and co-workers during the delivery process
