Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking Delivery Representatives to serve customers in Montana, delivering propane safely and efficiently from local distribution points.

You will operate a propane delivery truck, fill bulk tanks, and support residential and commercial customers while following all safety and regulatory requirements. Qualifying candidates hold a valid CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, pass a DOT physical and background check, and are comfortable working outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required and active.
• DOT physical, drug test, and background check must be cleared.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck on assigned routes.
• Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane.
• Deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers.
• Adhere to AmeriGas safety policies and federal/state regulations.
• Wear required personal protective equipment and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

As a local Delivery Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering propane to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes
• Filling residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane
• Delivering propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers
• Perform all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations in addition to all AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures
• Consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment
• Depending on fluctuating needs, work 8 to 12-hour shifts

The pay for this position ranges from $26.00 to $26.00 , depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
