AmeriGas Propane, Inc. in Bee Bayou, LA seeks a Delivery Representative to safely operate propane routes and service residential and commercial accounts. You will lift up to 70 lbs, pass DOT testing, and maintain strict safety standards.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay of $27.75 (base $23.75 plus $4 premium) and 401(k) with company match, medical coverage, and paid holidays. This is an onsite role with daily home time.

Qualifications

• CDL with Hazmat and tanker endorsements is required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• DOT physical, drug test and background check required.

Responsabilités

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes
• Filling residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane
• Delivering propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers
• Perform all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations in addition to all AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures
• Consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment
• Depending on fluctuating needs, work 8 to 12-hour shifts

Requirements

• All Delivery Representatives should have a valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements
• Acceptable driving record
• Satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test and background check
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsibl
  
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

The pay for this position is $23.75 plus an additional $4.00 per hour premium for working as a Seasonal Associate. This brings the hourly wage to $27.75 per hour.

The pay for this position ranges from $27.75 to $27.75, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
