MBR Management, a Domino's franchise, seeks Delivery Experts for Sherman, IL. You will be the face of our team, ensuring safe, on-time, and well-presented deliveries to customers.

This position emphasizes fast-paced, reliable service and strong customer relations. Part-time hours offer flexibility along with paid training and opportunities for advancement within a busy delivery network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of delivery/logistics experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Sherman area and local routes (preferred).
• Experience with multi-stop deliveries (preferred).
• Familiarity with electronic proof-of-delivery systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute timely and accurate deliveries to residential and commercial customers in Sherman.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely and in accordance with laws and policies.
• Maintain delivery records including signatures and timestamps.
• Communicate delivery times and delays proactively with customers.
• Handle packages with care during loading/unloading and placement.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues.
