Qualifications

• Current valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate local delivery routes from the distribution center.
• Develop client relationships face-to-face at customer sites.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and shipping.
• Participate in wellbeing programs and safety training.
• Receive on-the-job training to operate equipment and automation.

Position Overview

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment. We currently have the following position available: Monday - Friday, 6 AM until route is complete.

Compensation

$21.08/ hour. Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

In addition to salary, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, may be offered. In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan.

Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.

Qualifications – What You’ll Need

• Required to have a current valid US Driver’s License
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills
• Problem resolution skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours
• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours
• 0-1 year of experience - O1 Level
