Job summary

USN Express Logistics LLC is hiring dependable, safety-focused Delivery Associates to safely deliver packages with a company-provided vehicle. No CDL is required; paid training and vehicle provided. Earn ${22.50} per hour with weekly payouts, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Full-time shifts typically involve 10-hour days, about 4 days per week, with at least one weekend day. Expect growth opportunities and a strong safety culture guiding daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Must be dependable and able to report for scheduled shifts on time.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle in varying road and weather conditions.
• Safely and efficiently handle and deliver packages while meeting applicable delivery expectations.
• Perform required safety inspections on Company vehicles.
• Load, organize, transport, and deliver packages.
• Use a company-provided handheld device for navigation, package scanning, and delivery information.
• Follow all applicable laws, safety requirements, and Company policies.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, including during challenging situations.
• Communicate effectively with the support team throughout the workday.
• Promptly report safety concerns, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Assist teammates with routes when requested by Dispatch.
• Work safely in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Frequently enter and exit a delivery vehicle, walk, and climb stairs.
• Frequently lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently tilt, push, and slide packages weighing 50–70 lbs on/off a hand truck.
• Bend, reach, crouch, twist, push, pull, and carry packages throughout the day.
• Remain focused and attentive in varying weather and delivery conditions.
