Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Pooler, GA is hiring a delivery driver to transport paints and related products from Store #2591 to customers. You will load, secure, and deliver orders, maintain vehicle, and ensure accuracy and safety on every run.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) from a DOT-licensed medical examiner or be willing to obtain one within five business days of conditional offer.
• Must be able to lift 50–70 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently for customer interactions and reporting

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores in a safe, timely manner.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Maintain accurate delivery forms and documentation.
• Deliver items to customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Load, transport, and deliver items while maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to routes and time schedules; follow transportation laws.
• Prepare reports related to deliveries and keep logs up to date.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks as needed.
• Assist in warehouse tasks, tinting, and preparing customer orders as required
