Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Bloomington location (1514 W Market). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. This is a flexible opportunity perfect for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy interacting with people in their community. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every delivery is completed efficiently, safely, and with a smile.

• Operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while delivering products to customers throughout the Bloomington area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times
• Maintain accurate delivery records and customer information using company systems and GPS navigation tools
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues encountered
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition for delivery purposes
• Ability to pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
• Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication
