Job summary

The Aaron's Family of Companies is seeking a Delivery Driver for a store-based role. The position involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, with interaction inside and outside the store to support customers and the team.

Salary ranges from $13.75 to $14.50 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including insurance options, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee assistance programs. Eligibility varies by full-time/part-time status.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet driving record standards.
• DOT certification may be required in location.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products and operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
