Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is hiring a Pick Up and Delivery Driver to serve the Kansas City area. The role operates a company vehicle to pick up or transport parts, coordinating with the Parts Department to meet delivery schedules.

You will be responsible for efficient routing, maintaining safety, logging fuel and maintenance, and upholding quality service while interacting with customers and the public. This is a safety-sensitive position; careful operation of company vehicles and adherence to

Qualifications

• Prefer parts related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Picks-up and delivers parts as assigned, in the most efficient manner.
• Assists the shipping and receiving clerk in checking in and stocking parts.
• Ensures proper safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles assigned to the Parts Department.
• Maintains driving record within company requirements.
• Maintains the fuel and maintenance log.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
