Job summary

ARMM Logistics in Lufkin, TX is hiring a Delivery Partner. Full‑time position with no seasonal requirement. No CDL needed; training provided. Shifts roughly 8–9 hours, including weekends, with OT possible.

Pay ranges from $21.50 to $25.00 per hour plus daily bonus opportunities and a $500 attendance-based bonus for full‑time staff. Must pass a drug test and have a clean driving record; must be 21+. Based in Nacogdoches, duties include safe delivery of packages.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required).
• Drug test required prior to employment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels to residential and commercial locations.
• Maintain a positive, safety‑mocused work approach.
• Support a full‑time schedule with weekend work expectations.
