Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Delivery Partner in Texas to deliver customer orders with a focus on safety and exceptional service. You will load, transport, and drop off orders, engage with customers, and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries while maintaining vehicle cleanliness. You may keep all tips earned and H-E-B guarantees the hourly rate will not fall below $19.00 per hour.

A valid U.S. driver’s license (3+ years) and a Texas Class C license are required; HS diploma or GED is acceptable.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver's license for 3+ years and Texas Class C license.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to navigate iPhone apps (GPS, messaging, support portal).

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver orders to customers in a safe, on-time manner.
• Engage with customers before, during, and after delivery to ensure a great experience.
• Load and unload orders; obtain customer signatures as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company policies; attend meetings as required.
