Job summary

The Bluebird Group in Rogers, AR is seeking a Project Manager to bring structure and visibility to cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, and Reporting teams. This hybrid role requires reporting to our Rogers, AR office three days a week.

You will manage timelines, track dependencies, and help stakeholders stay aligned with priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• Experience in project/ program management or operations.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple initiatives.
• Experience with technical, product, or engineering teams.
• Experience on cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using project management platforms and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, and Reporting workstreams.
• Track milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Maintain alignment on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Ensure work moves forward and dependencies are understood.
• Provide proactive issue identification to protect delivery.
• Own meeting coordination, agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up.
• Document key decisions and project updates.
• Manage intake and workflow processes for new work.
• Coordinate onboarding for new projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve PM processes and adopt AI tools.
