The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in operations or project coordination and advanced proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, financial administration, or professional services.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
• Prior experience with SOW review and billing processes is a strong differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational administration of the PS delivery function.
• Read and interpret SOW documents, ensuring accuracy in invoicing.
• Coordinate action items and follow-ups across the PS team.

Skills

Excel: advanced proficiency

Smartsheet: prior experience

SharePoint: familiarity

General proficiency with Microsoft 365

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Communications, or a related field
