The Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser Trainee in the Fuquay-Varina/Clayton area. The role teaches daily route delivery, stocking, and merchandising across disciplines, with potential for a permanent route assignment.

Training includes CDL licensing within 10 weeks, hands-on learning, and mentorship to develop customer service and sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Beverage and delivery industry knowledge.
Strong customer service and management skills.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly and work weekends/holidays.
Willingness to learn CDL processes and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Learn to drive a Class A CDL and obtain licensing within 10 weeks; handle invoicing and cash/paperwork with handheld devices.
Develop merchandising habits to meet standards and execute plans in customer outlets.
Build and maintain displays, product facing, and backroom organization.
Develop customer service by understanding needs and relaying issues to management.
Adhere to safety standards and FMCSA/DOT Hours of Service regulations.
