The role focuses on the safe transportation of durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patients’ residences, ensuring timely delivery and high safety standards.

As a Delivery Medical Associate (Driver), you will visit homes and facilities in your service area, with daily travel required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience delivering medical equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport Durable Medical Equipment.
• Adhere to all traffic laws while driving.
• Load and unload equipment from the vehicle.
• Secure equipment to prevent damage during transport.
• Verify condition of equipment upon delivery and upon return.
• Install and set up equipment at facilities and residences.
• Provide basic instructions on use of equipment.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes.
• Coordinate with dispatch for schedules and updates.
• Address client questions professionally.
• Maintain delivery records with signatures and times.
