Job summary

EPAM Systems in California seeks a Delivery Manager to oversee multiple projects and establish a transformation program across design, plan, source, make, and delivery within our product suite. You will track status, dependencies, and communicate progress to leadership.

The role requires strong architecture background, experience with large-scale teams, and excellent reporting skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint/Slides and data analysis will be essential; PST daytime availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous architecture experience demonstrating a strong technical background.
• Experience with large-scale projects (managing or working with teams of 40–60 people).
• Strong communication skills.
• Documentation and presentation proficiency (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
• Ability to analyze data effectively.
• Proven experience creating reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Buganizer is a plus.
• PST availability during the day.

The Client's product suite serves many aspects of the supply chain, covering design, plan, source, make, and delivery into data centers. Once delivered, the ‘Manage’ product module provides capabilities to enable the organization to derive the most value from physical assets while meeting financial (SOX), environmental, and safety compliance targets and managing physical access controls. These physical assets include Servers, Network Gear, and Electro-Mechanical equipment.

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee multiple projects and establish a process for a comprehensive transformation program.
