Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, delivery driving, scheduling, or operations, ideally in food or retail.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple moving parts at once.
• Comfortable with technology and ability to coach and mentor others.
• Clear communication and a collaborative, supportive leadership style.
• Attention to detail for accuracy in deliveries and quality standards.
• Problem-solving instincts and the flexibility to adapt to busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor deliveries and schedule/train drivers.
• Build and maintain dependable relationships with suppliers and delivery partners.
• Communicate with bakery and front-of-house teams to address any concerns.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and improve training.
• Mentor and support staff, creating opportunities for advancement through training and cross-functional learning.
• Respond calmly to disruptions such as delayed deliveries or seasonal demand spikes.
• Communicate staffing needs.
