Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in Business Operation Management is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management and intermediate proficiency in Estimation and Planning is suggested.
• Ability to travel up to 85% as needed to client site.
• HS Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet commitments.
• Ensure service quality and identify opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.
• Be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and advisory skills.
• Provide strategic guidance to enhance delivery processes and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery objectives with business goals and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.
