Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train all transportation personnel.
• Coordinate work schedules and delivery routes.
• Monitor work flow and analyze patterns and trends.
• Conduct routine staff meetings.
• Respect patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Access only minimum patient information needed.
• Coordinate special deliveries with the on‑duty operations supervisor.
• Maintain vehicles per DOT, OSHA, state and federal rules.
• Follow HIPAA and other regulations.
• Display professional conduct; perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and deliveries are timely.
• Perform physical inventories.
• Scan manifests and documentation for deliveries.
• Verify medication totes with PVII pharmacists as needed.
