Job summary

Fastenal is hiring a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist for the St Charles, IL area. The role supports deliveries, replenishments of vending equipment, and managing our inventory programs from the local branch at 3664 Swenson Ave, St Charles, IL 60174.

The position emphasizes fast-paced multitasking, customer service, and teamwork, with a schedule including MON–FRI and up to 28 hours per week. Training and career growth are emphasized within Fastenal.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess a current full valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
• Perform replenishment and maintenance of vending equipment.
• Interact with customers during deliveries.
• Place and fulfill orders at customer sites.
• Assist with other duties to support the branch.
