Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking a Delivery & Installation Technician I in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will deliver and install products, assemble as needed, and ensure safe operation while representing the company professionally to customers.

The role requires 1–2 years of delivery/assembly experience, a high school degree or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and DOT compliance. Local travel and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of delivery and assembly experience with a strong customer service-oriented background.

Responsibilities

• Load and verify products for delivery.
• Deliver to customers and install products in a safe manner.
• Assemble products and ensure safe operation before leaving the site.
• Maintain a safe driving record and DOT compliance for company vehicles.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with customers, colleagues and vendors.
• Assist with shipping and receiving of products.
• Provide timely invoicing of deliveries and installations.
