Job summary

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Delivery Specialist to perform customer deliveries, install and demonstrate merchandise, and support showroom and warehouse operations. The role emphasizes safe handling, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction at multiple Arona locations.

Candidates should have strong technical knowledge of electronic products, the ability to pass background checks and DOT requirements where applicable, and a willingness to support field marketing programs.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills or working knowledge of electronic products.
• Must pass a motor vehicle background check and DOT where required.
• Bi-lingual is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Customer Deliveries.
• Load, secure and transport merchandise.
• Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with merchandise returns and exchanges.
• Maintain showroom floor and store warehouse.
• Occasional collections assistance.
• Assist in field marketing programs.
• Ensure delivery schedule is followed.
• Perform routine service calls and certify returned items.
