Job summary

The Aaron’s Family of Companies is seeking a Delivery Driver to support customer experiences by driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise. This fast-paced, store-based role includes interacting with customers both inside and outside the store and helping with day-to-day operations in the community.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift heavy items, and flexibility with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States and 18 in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record under the Driver Qualification Policy.
• Must be able to be DOT certified if required in location (U.S.).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
