Aaron's is seeking a Delivery and Installation Specialist in Rio Rancho, NM. You will be responsible for loading, installing, and demonstrating furniture and appliances in customers' homes or store locations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license (not a CDL), ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly, and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. The pay ranges from $15.25 to $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills are required to interact with customers and team members.
• Basic understanding of electronics helps in demonstrating products and assisting with setup.
• A genuine desire to help customers and solve problems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and protect merchandise.
• Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle.
