Aaron’s is hiring a Delivery Driver in the United States for a store-based, customer-focused role. The position involves driving, loading, unloading, installing and demonstrating merchandise, and supporting daily store operations. Pay ranges from $14.75 to $15.50 per hour, with benefits and a schedule that may include weekends. The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the U.S. (18 in Canada).
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• May require DOT certification depending on location.
• Schedule includes hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
