The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store-based team. You will load, secure, and deliver merchandise, install items, and demonstrate how to use them to customers.

This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and friendly customer interactions in a dynamic, community-focused environment. Position requires physical stamina (lift up to 50 lbs without help and 300 lbs with a dolly), a valid license, and willingness to work in various weather.

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electronics.
• Desire to help customers.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• A valid driver's license is required, but not a CDL.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and protect merchandise.
• Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle.
• Assist in store when needed.
