Job summary

The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team in the United States. This role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, both inside and outside the store, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States and 18 in Canada.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record per policy.
• DOT certification if required in location (U.S.).
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
