Job summary

Port Parma Logistics is hiring Delivery Driver Helpers to bring Amazon orders to customers’ doors. No driver’s license required, with shifts 10 am–8 pm, averaging 8–10 hours daily, 7 days a week. Compensation includes hourly pay with overtime and benefits.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, using handheld devices, and partnering with the driver to ensure efficient deliveries in all Chicago weather. 18+ and reliable transport are required; pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No Driver's License required.
• Must work at least one weekend day.
• Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Comfortable with technology and handheld devices.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Able to work in all Chicago weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Navigate a variety of challenges throughout delivery area.
• Be comfortable working in ALL weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Work collaboratively with your driver to ensure efficient delivery operations.
• Use handheld device for delivery information and requirements.
• Deliver packages to customers and ensure on-time service.
