Job summary

Ezway Delivery is a locally owned DSP serving the Joplin area, currently hiring a Delivery Driver Helper. You will start and end each day at WMO1, loading your van and following a GPS-guided route to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates are able to lift up to 75 lbs, have strong communication, and provide excellent customer service while working 6–8 hour shifts seven days a week. This role offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer-first attitude.
• Punctual and dependable and able to follow detailed instructions.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for confirmations.
• Available for eight-hour shifts Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload packages and freight under driver's direction.
• Spot & guide backing-up maneuvers with clear hand signals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stop.
• Help keep the truck clean, organized, and report any safety issues.
• Relay delays, damages, or concerns to the driver and management.
• Assist with electronic delivery logs or checklists as needed.
