Job summary

Craft Massachusetts, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, is seeking a Delivery Helper to assist CDL Drivers on each route. You will help with navigation, unloading and delivering products to customer accounts, starting early in the morning.

This role requires a high school diploma, being at least 21, and a safety-minded approach. You will work Monday through Friday, 5:15 AM start, with end times between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM depending on workload.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to alcohol transport.
• Safety-minded and adheres to safe driving practices.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Availability Monday–Friday starting at 5:15 AM with variable end times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and store products appropriately in dry and refrigerated areas.
• Ensure pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the warehouse.
• Maintain a courteous, professional attitude toward customers and teammates.
