RCNL, LLC, located in Cypress, Texas, is seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals for the position of Delivery Helpers / Driver Helpers. In this role, you will assist drivers in delivering packages safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours per day, across 7 days a week. Compensation includes $18.50/hour, paid training, health benefits, and bonus potential.

RCNL, LLC Respectable Customer Service N Logistics is a Delivery Service Provider looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Delivery Helpers / Driver Helpers.

Helpers assist Delivery Associates with safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Approximate hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Shifts range between 8–10 hours per day, and schedules are available 7 days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with loading and unloading packages
• Help ensure packages are delivered safely and efficiently to customers
• Work alongside drivers throughout assigned delivery routes
• Navigate apartments, businesses, neighborhoods, and delivery locations efficiently
• Maintain professionalism and positive customer interactions at all times
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work in varying weather conditions throughout the shift
• Keep pace in a fast-moving delivery environment
• Be CUSTOMER INFATUATED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers

Physical Requirements

Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Get in and out of delivery vans continuously throughout the day
• Walk up and down stairs during shifts
• Stand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods of time
