Job summary

Mancini Beverage in Cranston, RI is seeking a Driver's Helper to assist in delivering, unloading, and stocking products at retail locations. You will ride with a driver to deliver beer to restaurants, bars, and stores, and help with loading cases and kegs.

The role requires physical strength (lifting up to 165 lbs), ability to work in varying weather, and adherence to safety rules. Overtime may be required; Teamsters Local 251 union members are part of the workforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs repeatedly.
• Capable of working in varying weather and stairs/docks.

Responsibilities

• Ride with drivers to deliver beer to restaurants, bars and stores.
• Unload and stock products using hand trucks.
• Rotate stock on shelves and in coolers using FIFO procedures.
• Document empty kegs and damaged/returned products for credit.
• Act as a liaison between the company and retailers, providing friendly, professional service.
• Adhere to all safety regulations.
