Baystate Delivery Inc. is seeking a reliable Delivery Helper to support Amazon deliveries in Bellingham, MA. You will ride with an Amazon Driver, assist with package handling, and help ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

No driving experience is required; paid training is provided. This full-time role offers 4 days per week, 8–10 hour shifts, and weekly pay. Join a growing team supporting Amazon deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No CDL or delivery driving experience required.
• Ability to lift and carry packages throughout the workday.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Bellingham, MA location.

Responsibilities

• Ride along with the delivery driver on assigned routes.
• Load and unload packages safely.
• Organize packages to support efficient deliveries.
• Deliver packages to residential and business locations.
• Carry packages from the delivery vehicle to customers' locations.
• Follow delivery instructions and company procedures.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Communicate with the driver and dispatch team throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Work efficiently in different weather conditions.
• Lift, carry, and move packages throughout the shift.
