Troxel Logistics, LLC is hiring a Delivery HELPER in Fort Wayne, IN to support our Amazon DSP. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with opportunities for bonuses and raises; full-time and part-time positions available.

You will deliver packages on time, climb stairs, load/unload, and work with our support team to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer flexible schedules. Full-time and weekend positions available. Operations run 7 days a week with 1weekend dayavailability required. Shifts are up to 10 hours per day. Starting pay is $19 per hour, $760 per week,plus multiplebonuses and incentives.We also have a raise plan in place which provides raises every 12 months!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Climbup & down stairs as required in all weather conditions
• Get In & Out of vehicle 200+ times a day
• Work with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
• Ability to function calmly and efficiently in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment
• Deliver packages in variable locations and stops
• Load and unload products from company vehicles
• Operate scanner to record shipping and package information
• Maintain good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures

You must meet the following job requirements listed below in order to be qualified to work as a HELPER for Troxel Logistics, LLC:

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to speak and read English
• Must be flexible with work schedule including 1 weekend day minimum - due to business needs
• Must have knowledge of state driving laws
• Must consent to takea drug screen

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs during a 10+ hour work shift
• Must be able to handle a stressful workloaddemands
• Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly during a 10+ hour work shift
• Ability to effectively operate a GPS
