Supply Technologies in Alabama seeks a reliable Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. You will deliver parts to the production plant in a 26' box truck, assist with warehouse duties, and help maintain accurate inventory.

The role requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You will coordinate with teammates to meet daily production schedules and ensure safe, on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages
• Must be able to operate a forklift safely
• Must be able to drive a 26' box truck safely
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable transportation
• Must be a self-starter
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must be on-time to work

Responsibilities

• Delivering parts to the production plant in a 26' box truck.
• Follow designated delivery routes and schedules to minimize delays and maintain consistent service to the production facility
• Communicate promptly with management and the customer regarding delivery delays, shortages, damaged parts, or other issues that could affect production
• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly while complying with all applicable traffic laws and company safety policies
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Secure all loads properly and ensure materials are transported in accordance with company and customer requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional delivery vehicle and work area
• Follow all facility-specific safety, security, check-in/check-out, PPE, and delivery procedures
• Assist with basic warehouse or material-handling duties when not actively making deliveries
• Pick and pack items for shipment according to company standards
• Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
• Provide professional, courteous service to customer and production-facility personnel
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality, recognizing that timely parts delivery is critical to maintaining production schedules
• Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks
• Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as needed
