Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee a team delivering appliances through the Energy Savings Assistance Main Program. You will lead field staff, coach, and ensure safety, quality, and timely enrollment documentation to meet program goals across California.

Responsibilities include scheduling, performance monitoring, safety tailgates, audits, and communicating with the Senior Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have three years of experience in a sales environment (direct program knowledge may be substituted)
• Must have minimum one year of experience supervising staff
• Must have a reliable vehicle for travel
• Must have minimum level insurance on vehicle
• Must have valid California driver’s license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, train, and mentor field staff to achieve productivity, quality, and customer service goals.
• Review daily schedules, routing, and appointments to support efficient field operations.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to the Senior Manager.
• Conduct daily safety and production tailgate meetings and monthly safety trainings.
• Perform quality assurance audits and ride-alongs to ensure compliance, accuracy, and service quality.
• Ensure required enrollment and appliance delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and obtained timely.
• Address customer service concerns and elevate issues to the Senior Manager as appropriate.
• Identify process improvements and implement effective methods to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate team meetings in the absence of the Senior Manager.
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and ensure staff follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
