Job summary

Domino’s Delivery Expert is responsible for delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers, while presenting a positive image and driving safely. You may take calls, greet customers quickly, and help stock the store. Teamwork, flexibility, and a good driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and provide proof of liability insurance
• Must have clean, unrestricted driving record
• Must have clean, reliable and safe vehicle
• Ability to read area maps and use store equipment
• Experience handling orders and cash

Responsibilities

• Delivering pizza, sides and other menu items to customers
• Project a positive image to the customer
• Drive safely and courteously, obeying traffic laws
• Know the store delivery area and read maps
• Take orders over the phone and in person
• Greet customers within 10 seconds
• Build relationships with customers
• Handle cash, cash drops and reconciliation
• Report tips accurately
• Assist with prepping/stocking ingredients and supplies
• Deliver leaflets and door hangers as required
