Job summary

Domino’s in Maryland seeks a Delivery Expert to safely deliver pizzas and related items, greet customers, and help keep the store stocked. You’ll read maps, take orders, and ensure accurate cash handling while building customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with proof of liability insurance.
• Clean, unrestricted driving record and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to read area maps and understand delivery routes.
• Ability to take orders over the phone and in person.
• Strong cash handling and accurate change.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and drive for long periods.
• Ability to operate Domino’s equipment and handle gear properly.
• Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pizza, sides and other menus items to our customers
• Project a positive image to the customer
• Drive safely and courteously, obeying all traffic laws
• Know the store’s delivery area
• Ability to read area map(s)
• Taking orders over phone and in person
• Greeting customers within 10 seconds
• Building relationships with customers
• Effective cash handling, cash drops and reconciliation
• Accurate tip reporting
• Contributing to make line and orders: making pizzas, preparing dough and toppings
• Assisting with keeping the store clean and stocked
• Delivering leaflets and door hangers as required
