Domino’s in Wallace, NC is seeking a Delivery Expert to join our store operations team. You will deliver pizzas and other items, greet customers, and help maintain a clean, stocked store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and provide proof of liability insurance
• Must have a clean, unrestricted driving record
• Must have a clean, reliable vehicle
• Ability to read area maps and use a computer or tablet to enter orders
• Ability to read and process orders over the phone and in person
• Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor
• Ability to handle money accurately and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizza, sides and other items to customers
• Provide a positive image to customers
• Drive safely and obey traffic laws
• Know the store’s delivery area and read maps
• Take orders over the phone and in person
• Greet customers within 10 seconds and build relationships
• Handle cash, tips, and reconciliations accurately
• Assist in pizza preparation and stocking when needed
• Help keep the store clean and stocked
