About the Job: Domino’s Pizza hires delivery drivers to provide a flexible schedule for a variety of life situations. The role offers the opportunity to work classes or evenings, learn essential driving and customer‑service skills, and potentially grow into higher positions such as store manager or franchise owner.

Job Requirements and Duties

You must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. You should be able to read navigation maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly; calculator may be used.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for most tasks; walking on ceramic tile or linoleum areas.

• Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; lifting from floor to shelves up to 72” high.
• Carrying large cans and pizza sauce (up to 30 pounds) from storage to front of store.
• Trays of pizza dough carried three at a time, weighing ~12 pounds each.
• Push and pull trays on dollies, requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Climb stairs or ladders for maintenance; navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery.
• Stoop or bend at the waist for pizza assembly, with forward bending lasting 30–45 seconds at a time.
• Crouch or squat occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reach above 72” to turn oven controls; reach down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes.
• Drive within designated delivery area, make multiple deliveries per shift; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Use tools such as pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
